Frequently Asked Questions

Is my financial information secure?

Absolutely. All personal or financial information you enter is encrypted using SSL security – the same state-of-the-art security measures used by online retailers, banks, and other financial institutions.

What types of transactions are supported?

We support bank-to-bank transfers using the ACH standard. To set it up, you will need to provide the 9-digit routing number for your financial institution as well as your account number. Credit card transactions are not supported.

Who sees my financial information?

The details of your bank account numbers are strictly between you and our third-party provider, NCS Services. All steps of the online giving process are conducted on their secure web site, so no one at Shiloh has access to your financial information.

Are there fees for this service?

Yes, there is a modest convenience fee deducted from all donations to cover the service fees. Donors are requested (but not required) to add an extra 1% to offset this fee.

 
 

Do I have to log in each week to make a donation?

You can log in each time to make a one-time donation or, better yet, set up an automated recurring gift. It is fully customizable to process each week, twice a month, monthly, quarterly — whatever you prefer. It’s easy to set-and-forget!

Can I designate different funds for my donation?

Yes, you’ll be able to designate any amount to any number of funds including the General Fund, Building Fund, Cemetery Maintenance Fund, Lottie Moon and more.

Do I need to make an account?

The first time you access the site, you will need to create an NCS Services E-giving account. As part of the registration process, you will link to a checking or savings account as the source of funds.
